GURUTZPE offers the integration of various chip extraction systems in our lathes as well as equipment for their subsequent management: separation of cutting fluid, crushing, briquetting, etc.

Main characteristics:

• Hinge type chain chip extractors, robust for the large sections of chips generated by our machine.
• Simple rear chip extractors, located on the ground or in a pit to maximize the slope for the chips to fall and therefore aiding their evacuation.
• Double chip extractors, front and rear, for the best chip evacuation from the machine and operator access to the part through the grille on the front extractor.
• Optionally, drying, crushing and briquetting equipment can be integrated after the exit of the chip from the neck of the extractor.
• We adapt and incorporate the chip extraction systems installed at our customers’ plants.
