Hydrodynamic guiding
GURUTZPE GLX models feature four self-centering V-guides and inverted V-guide technology, allowing for single-setup machining.
The machine has 4 guides in two separate areas, one for the tool carriage and another for the tailstock and steady rests. The machine is therefore capable of machining the piece in a single setup, allowing the tool to cross the steady rest without stopping.
All this results in considerable savings by reducing processes and cycle times.
