Complete range of steady rests adapted to the type, size, and weight of the piece, as well as to the machining process: open, closed, C-type, single, hydraulic, self-centring, white metal, hydrostatic, following, etc.

V-guide

Self-centring sliding guide system between bed and carriage, with Biplast material and central lubrication. The most authoritative system for turning and grinding, thanks to its precision, rigidity, and maintenance.

Technology 4.0

Installing sensors for vibration, temperature, energy consumption, etc. in critical areas of the machine allows us to monitor and manage aspects such as the condition of the bearings, lubrication system, tool wear, imbalance, etc. in real time.

Optimal chip discharge

Wide range of chip discharge solutions (rear and front extractors, double-drop beds...). We adapt to any constraints in civil works. Installing sensors for vibration, temperature, energy consumption, etc. in critical areas of the machine allows us to monitor and manage aspects in real time.
