Trying to understand in depth what our customer needs is the most important thing for us to be able to offer the ideal solution. In fact, we believe that it is the most critical phase of the project and we dedicate our best efforts to defining a clear and consensual objective with our customer:
We look at each requirement in depth, we analyse alternatives, we discuss pros and cons ... until we design a solution that synthesises the answers to each need. This will be the time to propose a first solution to the client and open a dialogue until we reach the optimal contractual and operational architecture:
However, we know that however much care we have taken to listen to our customer’s requirements and have proposed the best solution, there are aspecsts that need to be refined in this critical phase of conceptualisation of the solution. To visualise these concepts, we prepare 3D models of the proposal, we simulate machining processes and show them on video, we can develop a ROI analysis, so that, in the dialogue with the customer, we agree on a solution that satisfies their quality, cost and deadline requirements.
Once the right turning solution has been made clear and agreed, our Mechanical Engineering Dept. develops the machine models and the corresponding assembly plans, in order for the customer to approve them. This will be the time when our expert engineering and production team carries out its work:
Once the machine is available in perfect working order, it is time to reach the required full production in the shortest possible time. GURUTZPE offers it knowledge and experience so that together with specsific knowledge of the customer’s process on its products, the machine operators can quickly become independent and achieve the highest productivity levels:
